Bailout plan could be a joke. The money is going to compensate bank's loss, having a litter impact on relative markets.  
Beside, it is pretty much sure slowdown of world economics in the next year.

Today, market could stop downside moving and short term is likely to move toward 1930 -- 2140 region.  Then market likely turn down again toward 1150 --- 1450, particularly watch 1300/50 level support.
If it is true that market finds support within regions above, market could move quickly toward 2330 level before retesting the support.
